by Jack Harrison. The company name has served as the hallmark of our policy because
"On-Time" performance is the single most important factor in the limousine

Our Mission
AAA GUARANTEED ON-TIME SERVICE mission is to provide
top-quality limousine service that will continue to improve the quality of life for the
clients it serves. We believe our first responsibility is to the people who use our
service. We strive to:
- Always understand the clients' needs, to treat those needs with respect and exert our
best efforts to exceed the clients expectation.
- Remain family-owned and operated and to run our company under the same values we live,
by treating our employees, clients, and vendors with honest and integrity.
- Ensure that our clients are comfortable, relaxed and transported in a clean, reliable
late model vehicle.
Our Nationwide
Reservation Service
After the 9/11 attacks, we had clients all
over the country that wanted and needed to get home. We realized at that time that our
clients needs go far beyond our local service area. We began to make technology
improvements and network contacts that would give us the ability to process our
clients local car transfers as well as provide their out of town transfers. Our
affiliate network gives us the ability to dispatch a vehicle to you, in any major city
within hours or even minutes of your call. If ever another catastrophe on such a scale of
9/11 presents itself we will be ready, willing and able to get you home to your family
with expediency.
Our new Livery Coach Reservation software gives us the
ability to process your reservations here at home, as well as your transportation needs as
you are traveling. For months we have been interviewing ground transportation providers
around the country. We found these companies through the National Limousine Association,
feedback from our clients and through our industry contacts. We took the time to sit and
get to know as many as possible at recent trade shows speaking about the way we run our
respective companies and to get a true feel for the level of service they provide their
clients. We are confident that the companies we have interviewed and selected will provide
our clients with the level of service that weve made them accustomed to.
